|  | I was referred to Zeny Feliciano by my doctor, Dra. Mayette
Tangkeko-Lopez as well as some friends who also recommended Zeny as a
lactation specialist and prenatal massage therapist.
Although I must admit that Zeny was my third lactation specialist, I really liked her because I learned so much from her and she whole heartedly supported
my first time at breast feeding my 3rd baby.
Zeny taught me, hands- on, the different positions on how to feed the baby as well as the PROPER position to feed the baby with all the propped up pillows (who knew?). Instantly, my sore nipples cleared up because of her healing
technique (milk on the sore parts and air drying them) as well as the
instructions on the correct position to feed the baby (no more
tugging or pulling on the nipple!).
It was really like a miracle. I really had no intentions of breastfeeding since my two children were okay with formula. But with the information, support and the help from Zeny, I have been purely breastfeeding my baby for the past
4months. No one tells you whats really involved with breastfeeding
and how difficult it can be, but with the support of a lactation
specialist, it becomes quite doable after all.
